Can you help me find an apartment anywhere in Houston?

Yes, we can help you find an apartment anywhere in the Houston metropolitan area, such as Katy, The Woodlands, Clear Lake, Sugarland, etc. 

How do you work?

First, your Apartment Directions agent will interview you to find out your requirements and specifications for your new apartment.  Then she/he will produce a list of apartments for you that match your criteria.  Your agent will then discuss the list with you and will escort you to those properties that best meet your needs.  When you find your perfect apartment, just make sure that you put your agent's name on the lease in the proper space because that is how she/he gets paid.  Our services are then free to you because the properties pay our fees. 

Is there any cost to me for using your service?

No, our service is completely free to you because the properties pay our fees once you name your Apartment Directions agent on the lease.

Who pays your fees?

The apartment communities and management companies pay our fees.

Will you take me around to see the apartments?

Yes, your Apartment Directions agent will escort you to the properties that best meet your specifications.

Are your agents licensed?

Yes, all of the agents at Apartment Directions are licensed Realtors®.

Can you help me find a house or condo to lease?

Yes, besides apartments we can also help you find a condominium, town home, loft, high-rise, or single-family home to lease.

Do you also do corporate apartments?  (What is a corporate apartment?)
